We kindly ask that you make any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

No show appointments will not be allowed to rebook.

If for any reason you may be dissatisfied with your service, the stylist or salon must be contacted within 72 hours of service to rectify.
